Pre-Order Shipping

Some Outback Ops products may be available for pre-order before stock arrives at our warehouse.

Shipping charges for pre-order items are not included in the product price or pre-order deposit unless specifically stated otherwise.

Where $0 shipping is displayed at checkout for a pre-order, this does not mean that shipping is free. Shipping will be calculated and charged separately prior to dispatch.

Once your order is ready for dispatch, Outback Ops will contact you with the applicable shipping cost based on your delivery location and the size and weight of your order.

Any outstanding product balance and applicable shipping charges must be paid in full before your order is dispatched.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates may vary depending on the product, delivery location and freight requirements. Due to the size and weight of some Outback Ops products, including rooftop tents and awnings, additional freight charges may apply.

Where available, customers may also be provided with collection or alternative freight options.

Delivery Timeframes

Any estimated production, arrival or delivery dates provided for pre-order products are estimates only and may be affected by manufacturing, international freight, customs, weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We will provide customers with updates where there are significant changes to expected delivery timeframes.
